Strong working knowledge of JIRA, including the ability to create and manage Features, Epics, and User Stories effectively.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and Product Owners to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
Expertise in creating clear, structured documentation, including process flows, user journey maps, and functional specifications.
Prior experience in the banking domain, with a strong preference for credit card or payments-related projects.
Hands-on experience working as a Product Owner with Agile/Scrum teams, including leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and decision-making in day-to-day activities.
Solid understanding of API concepts, including experience in reviewing or creating Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers and customer research teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality customer experiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
