Technical Product Owner

Technical Product Owner:

Owns the product backlog and delivery roadmap for an integrated scheduling platform supporting senior-focused primary care operations. Bridges clinical operations, care center leadership, and the technical delivery team, translating scheduling, provider capacity, and care coordination needs into features, user stories, and a prioritized, sprint-ready backlog. Partners closely with EHR and enterprise scheduling/referral systems to ensure the platform integrates cleanly with upstream and downstream dependencies.

• Owns and prioritizes the product backlog across patient scheduling, associate scheduling, and administrative portal workstreams, ensuring alignment with CenterWell business priorities and clinical operations needs
• Translates business requirements from CenterWell stakeholders into well-defined epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Makes day to day prioritization calls on scope, trade-offs, and sequencing
• Partners with UX, engineering leads, and QA to validate that delivered functionality meets both technical and end user requirements before release
• Works with the Scrum Master to maintain a groomed, ready backlog at least two sprints ahead of current execution
