What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse or registered nurse. • Certification as a Residential Care Manager. • Confident interaction with residents, staff, and families. • Strong organizational and teamwork skills. • Commitment to implementing a holistic and resident-centered care concept. • General computer literacy, including MS Office and relevant healthcare software. • High motivation and dedication.
