The Role

• Oversee and optimize the quality of care and adherence to nursing standards.
• Create efficient and needs-based staff schedules.
• Conduct independent nursing visits and assessments.
• Provide individualized and activating care for residents, respecting their habits and abilities.
• Manage the nursing process and documentation in collaboration with other departments.
• Engage in close communication with residents, families, and medical professionals.
• Support and mentor nursing staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse or registered nurse.
• Certification as a Residential Care Manager.
• Confident interaction with residents, staff, and families.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to implementing a holistic and resident-centered care concept.
• General computer literacy, including MS Office and relevant healthcare software.
• High motivation and dedication.
