Temporary Full-Time Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, resourceful, and tech-savvy
HR Generalist for an onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Tewksbury, MA. This position is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who can work independently and confidently support benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, recruiting, and day-to-day employee HR needs
. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver who does not need constant direction, is comfortable researching and resolving issues independently, and can serve as a reliable HR resource for both employees and management.

Ensure employee benefit elections are accurately reflected within the HRIS and applicable vendor systems. HRIS & Paycom Support
Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee and benefits information. Research and troubleshoot HRIS-related problems independently. Learn and become proficient in Paycom with provided training. Ensure employee information and HR transactions are accurately maintained within the system. Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Recruit across a broad range of positions, including warehouse, operations, administrative, professional, and management-level roles
. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the HRIS/ATS. Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. General HR Support
Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable HR resource for employees and management. Assist with employee questions, HR processes, policies, and general workplace matters.

Research HR-related issues and independently identify appropriate solutions. Maintain confidential employee information and accurate HR documentation. Assist with additional HR projects and responsibilities as needed. Previous
HR Generalist or similar hands-on HR experience required. Strong payroll experience with the ability to troubleshoot payroll-related issues. Full-cycle recruiting experience required
, including recruiting for warehouse/operations through management-level positions.

Experience working with HRIS platforms;
Paycom experience is highly preferred
, but candidates with strong HRIS experience and the ability to learn Paycom quickly will be considered. Ability to communicate directly with HRIS and benefits vendors to resolve issues. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and operate independently with minimal supervision.
