Hiring: Product Manager – Core Retail Platform

Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Domain: POS / E-commerce / Online Ordering / Marketplace

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for the NextGen Core Retail platform.

  • Improve user experience for single and multi-location restaurant operators.

  • Understand restaurant workflows, including Front of House (FoH), Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and Back of House (BoH).

  • Use merchant feedback and product analytics to prioritize features and measure success.

  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.

  • Manage stakeholders and align product delivery with business goals.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Product Management experience

  • Agile and Value-Driven Delivery

  • Card Acquiring Domain knowledge

  • Experience with POS, e-commerce, or restaurant technology platforms

Good to Have:

  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills
