The Role • Define and deliver decision-support products that enhance daily aircraft movement decisions, including visualization, delay management, and aircraft swaps. • Translate complex operational challenges into clear product outcomes impacting customer experience and operational reliability. • Partner closely with frontline users, IT, and analytics teams to shape real-time operational tools. • Contribute to Product Vision and Strategy aligned with broader portfolio goals. • Manage product dependencies and coordinate increments of value with other Product team members. • Drive continuous product discovery and deliver valuable solutions aligned with OKRs. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery, or 5 years of relevant work experience. • Technical knowledge including A/B testing, product architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, data models, analytics, and querying languages. • Familiarity with Agile Product Management tools and methodologies. • Strong knowledge of the product domain, including business models, constraints, regulations, and user experiences. • Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery are a plus. • Experience determining Product Market fit and defining Go-to-Market strategies is preferred.
