Our client seeks a Clinical Product Owner with a clinical background and deep EMR experience to guide requirements and roadmap execution for EMR enhancements. The role will partner with stakeholders across clinical, technology, and marketing functions to elicit needs, translate them into clear requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value. The individual will engage in user research, backlog management, and UI collaboration, and will shadow a senior leader to accelerate domain onboarding, primarily focused on Artemis EMR.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the EMR product vision and strategy.
• Engage stakeholders to capture clinical needs and translate them into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize features based on clinical impact, user feedback, and market trends.
• Partner with developers, designers, and clinical experts to deliver EMR features.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Serve as primary contact for clinical stakeholders and ensure alignment with workflows and best practices.
• Stay current on healthcare regulations, standards, and EMR trends.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute UAT to validate functionality and usability.
• Monitor product performance and user satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Collaborate on training materials and support resources for end users.
• Support product rollouts and implementations.
• Work with UI teams to lay out screens and improve usability.
• Shadow a senior leader to learn domain and practices, focusing on Artemis EMR.

Experience Requirements:

• Clinical background with hands-on EMR domain experience.
• Demonstrated success eliciting requirements and producing clear documentation for technical teams.
• Stakeholder-facing communication skills to present to leaders and collaborate across clinical, technology, and marketing groups.
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Exposure to user research, UAT, and iterative product improvement.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams on screen design and workflow optimization.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
