We're hiring for a leading national chain of specialist clinics, renowned for its high-quality psychosomatic and internationally recognized treatment facilities. We are expanding and establishing a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit, offering a comprehensive range of care at the highest level for both adults and young people.

The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to children and adolescent patients within a shift system.
• Monitor patient progress, support therapeutic interventions, and observe the course of illness.
• Independently carry out doctor-ordered medical treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and manage organizational tasks within the ward.
• Actively contribute to a respectful, structured, and safe environment as part of an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, preferably in child/adolescent psychiatry or a related field.
• Strong social skills, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with young people.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
