The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct one-on-one and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks.
• Implement care documentation and planning.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are followed.
• Support and guide junior care staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general healthcare nurse.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• Enjoy working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
