Job Title: Senior Mainframe Lead Client Engagement & Delivery Coordination (Insurance)
Location: USA (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills:
- Strong IBM Mainframe experience with COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and claims experience.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams.
- Ability to drive issue resolution, production support, and delivery coordination beyond hands-on development.
