• Articulate and present point of views on Salesforce product releases, roadmap features and their fit for the eLIPSE implementation.

Integration & Data Architecture

• Collaborate with integration and data teams to define and optimize interfaces between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

• Understand the technical interdependencies and assess the impact of changes on connected systems.

• Guide data modeling, master data management, and synchronization strategies to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.

• Advise on the use of SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API with Salesforce.

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Manage DOL’s internal Salesforce development team and provide direction and mentorship.

• Develop solution designs and code for compliance with architectural standards and best practices.

• Establish and enforce technical governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimize architecture, improve performance, and leverage Salesforce platform capabilities effectively.

• Stay current on Salesforce and integration platform releases, advising on enhancements and roadmap impacts.

• Review current implementation configuration approach to identify gaps, risks and recommend improvements and optimization areas, including Custom Code and integrations.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, Copado, and CI/CD pipelines.
