SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to serve as the regional end-to-end design and integration lead across multiple SAP workstreams. The ideal candidate will combine strong Solution Architecture, Functional Architecture, SAP S/4HANA, technical integration, and project leadership experience.

This is a strategic role requiring someone who has successfully led large-scale, full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from discovery and design through deployment, go-live, and hypercare.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect / Technical Solution Architect experience.
• Minimum experience with large-scale enterprise SAP transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including:
  • Discovery
  • Design
  • Build
  • Testing
  • Data Migration
  • Cutover
  • Go-Live
  • Hypercare / Post-Go-Live Support
• Hands-on SAP configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes and cross-functional integration.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex design and integration issues.
• Project Management experience is required.
