Job Title: Principal Solution Architect
Location: Denver, CO / Phoenix, AZ
Experience: 15+ Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Principal Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience, including 6+ years in technical architecture and 2+ years designing AI/Agentic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect scalable distributed systems and cloud solutions.
  • Develop and implement AI/Generative AI and Agentic solutions.
  • Create HLD/LLD, data flows, and deployment architectures.
  • Provide hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and L3/L4 production support.
  • Lead microservices, cloud, database, and integration architecture.
  • Mentor engineering teams and drive AI-enabled development practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and senior leadership.
Required Skills
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 6+ years of Technical/Software Architecture experience.
  • 2+ years of AI/Agentic solution experience.
  • Strong distributed systems and microservices experience.
  • Java/Spring Boot or Golang.
  • Cloud architecture experience with container/serverless technologies.
  • Strong RDBMS and NoSQL data modeling experience.
  • Knowledge of frontend architecture, microfrontends, and MVVM.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
Preferred
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Telecom BSS/OSS experience.
  • Product/hyper-growth environment experience.
  • Data and AI technologies.
  • Web/mobile application experience.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
