Principal Solutions Architect (RSA) / Forward Deployed Engineer – CI/CD & Terraform

Job Summary

We are seeking two hands-on, customer-facing Principal Solutions Architects / Forward Deployed Engineers with strong CI/CD and Terraform expertise. This is an architect-level role for someone who can work directly with enterprise clients, design scalable cloud and AI solutions, and stay hands-on through build, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for cloud-native applications, integrations, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner directly with client engineers, business stakeholders, and executives to understand business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, production-ready solutions across backend, frontend, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML components.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Establish DevSecOps standards for automated testing, code quality, security scanning, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
• Build and integrate services using Python, SQL, Java/Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern frameworks.
• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities including AI APIs, LLMs, RAG, copilots, agents, and workflow automation where relevant.
• Guide technical teams through architecture decisions, implementation, deployment, and adoption.
• Create reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Solution Architecture, Platform Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Architect-level experience designing enterprise cloud solutions.
• Very strong hands-on Terraform experience, including reusable modules, state management, environment provisioning, and secure cloud infrastructure design.
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong full-stack and integration experience, including APIs, microservices, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Java/Scala and JavaScript/TypeScript is preferred.
• Experience building or deploying AI/ML or GenAI-enabled applications.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a Registered Solutions Architect (RSA), Principal Architect, Solutions Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud-native application architecture.
• DevSecOps, observability, monitoring, logging, and production support.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in a consulting or professional-services environment.
