The Role

• Produce monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flows for key client contracts.
• Conduct variance analysis, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide supporting commentaries.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop budgets and forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
• Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making at the contract level.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, processes, and regulatory frameworks, including joint venture agreements.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying issues, recommending solutions, and implementing new ways of working.

What You'll Need

• Qualified or studying towards ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Proven accounting experience, ideally within a commercial finance setting.
• Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of accounting and reporting systems, applicable legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Awareness of Financial Reporting Standards and global accounting practices.
