The Role

• Produce monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flows for key client contracts.
• Conduct variance analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and provide supporting commentary in line with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop budgets and forecasts, tracking performance against agreed targets.
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis to support key decision-making at a contract level.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, processes, and regulatory frameworks, including joint venture agreements.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements through root cause analysis and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Need

• Qualified or studying towards ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Proven accounting experience, ideally within a commercial finance setting.
• Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of accounting systems, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Awareness of Financial Reporting Standards and global accounting practice developments.
