The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting talented education professionals with schools across London. You'll manage your own candidates and clients, build long-term relationships and take ownership of your success.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing and managing relationships with schools and education professionals
• Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates
• Matching teachers and support staff with suitable opportunities
• Business development and winning new clients
• Managing your own candidate and client pipeline
• Negotiating fees and terms
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Providing a first-class service to both candidates and schools
