• 25,000- 28,000 basic salary, with an OTE of 30,000- 35,000.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting our Recruitment Consultants by sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality education professionals across Primary, Secondary and Early Years.

Working in a busy, fast-paced environment, you'll help ensure we have the right candidates available to meet the needs of our schools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing teachers, teaching assistants and education support staff.
• Advertising vacancies and using job boards, databases, social media and referrals to find talent.
• Screening, registering and building relationships with candidates.
• Developing and maintaining a strong, active candidate pool.
• Matching candidates to suitable temporary and permanent opportunities.
• Working closely with consultants to fill vacancies quickly and effectively.
• Maintaining candidate records and compliance information.
• Contributing ideas to improve our resourcing processes and candidate attraction.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you'll already be working as a Resourcer within an education recruitment agency, with a good understanding of the sector and the demands of temporary staffing.

You'll be proactive, organised, commercially minded and confident on the phone. You'll enjoy working towards targets, building relationships and taking ownership of your work.

We're a smaller, close-knit team, so we need someone who is hands-on, collaborative and keen to make a genuine difference.
