As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for permanent & contract roles
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiating contracts and rates with clients and candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
