The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care.
• Perform classic nursing duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Foster trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional (w/m/d).
• Alternative vocational training in geriatric or general nursing is also considered.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
