Business Analyst-KYC

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), client onboarding, and financial services compliance. The candidate will work with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to analyze requirements and improve KYC processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding initiatives.
• Work closely with compliance, AML, risk management, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Analyze customer identification, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD) workflows.
• Document business processes, functional specifications, business rules, and process flows.
• Support KYC system enhancements, workflow automation, and compliance-related projects.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Coordinate UAT, test scenarios, defect tracking, and business sign-offs.
• Manage requirements and project activities using Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and issue resolution related to KYC operations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with KYC and client onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of AML, CDD, EDD, customer due diligence, and compliance workflows.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum, UAT, and defect management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
