Job Description:              

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within technology. Experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Experience translating business/functional requirements into technical requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, is preferred.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
