Location Remote will work but needs to be in EST as this role also need to support Europe and UK hours

Job Description
I'd like to prioritize Business Systems Analysts who have strong experience working with Real World Data (RWD) and can effectively bridge business, data, and technology teams.
Some key skills and keywords to look for include:
- Real World Data (RWD)
- Real World Evidence (RWE)
- EHR / EMR
- Claims Data
- Registry Data
- Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO)
- Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
- Healthcare or Life Sciences Analytics
Ideally, candidates should demonstrate strengths in business analysis, data analysis, and healthcare/life sciences domain knowledge. Experience with data mapping, integrations, migrations, and translating business requirements into technical solutions would be especially valuable.
