As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront, connecting with individuals and families to offer the protection they need. Entry-level candidates earn an average of $50,000 in their first year with base pay plus commission/bonus.

Top performers earn on average up to $80,000 annually with base pay plus commission/bonus. Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations. Develop and present customized insurance proposals for auto, home, life, and other insurance products. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Actively prospect for new business through various channels, including referrals and community engagement.

Manage policy renewals and address client inquiries promptly and professionally. Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Requirements
Active Indiana Property Casualty License. Active Indiana Life Health License. A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help others and understand their needs. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Comfort with technology and CRM systems.
