Job Description

 Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience directing full-lifecycle enterprise project management initiatives across complex environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for developing comprehensive work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource baselines.
  • Experience with applying PMI PMBOK standards, Agile frameworks, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience in managing external vendor relationships, deliverable milestones, and contractual procurement lifecycles.
  • Experience with executing change management controls, budget tracking, and enterprise risk mitigation plans.
  • Experience in conducting root cause and gap analyses while compiling executive PMO dashboard metrics.
  • Excellent communication and group facilitation skills to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and lead project teams.
Responsibilities
  • Direct the overall implementation, execution, and closing of complex multi-tier enterprise projects.
  • Develop detailed project baselines, resource allocations, and operational schedules using project management software.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships and deliverables within project scope, removing blockers and escalating issues.
  • Implement structured change control practices, risk mitigation plans, and budget tracking mechanisms.
  • Generate centralized status reports and maintain project metrics for enterprise PMO dashboard reporting.
  • Perform root cause and gap analyses regularly to deliver data-informed recommendations for project success.
  • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder meetings and ensure all deliverables align with strategic regulatory guidelines.
