Job Description
- Active PMI PMP Certification for at least 5 years must provide a valid copy with submission.
- 7 9 years of relevant Project Management experience leading large-scale IT projects.
- Proven experience implementing a new EHR/EMR system, especially transitioning from paper-based charting to electronic records.
- Experience leading the full EHR implementation lifecycle, from planning and governance through implementation and transition to operations.
- Strong background in EHR, EMR, health informatics, and Health IT.
- Experience managing complex technical initiatives involving multiple IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, deliverables, and quality through completion.
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and stakeholder/customer engagement.
- Strong knowledge of PMI project management methodologies, project planning, governance, reporting, and change management.
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania (PA) and be available to work onsite in the Harrisburg office 2 days per week, with occasional travel to State Health Centers.
