Marketing Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Project Manager in Salt Lake City, UT.

Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to provide temporary leadership and project management support for an established wealth management marketing function. This individual will serve as a consultative partner and project manager, ensuring critical marketing initiatives continue to move forward, stakeholders remain aligned, and marketing assets are maintained throughout the engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, banking, or related industries
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing projects and initiatives
• Experience balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Understanding of regulated marketing environments and compliance considerations
• Strong organizational, communication, and consultative skills
• Ability to operate independently and quickly establish credibility with stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience supporting enterprise marketing initiatives
• Experience managing internal content repositories such as SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
• Experience coordinating campaign execution across multiple business units
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
