• Discovery (including Cloud Discovery) - Must have
• Service Mapping (Tag-based Service Mapping)- Must Have
• Event Management
• CMDB implementation, governance,and maintenance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOMsolutions

Good to Have

• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• ServiceNow Security Operations experience

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Preferred

• Expertise in CMDB health, governance, and CSDM adoption
