SAP EHS Functional Analyst -Australia Only

We are seeking an experienced SAP EHS Functional Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and optimize SAP EHS capabilities while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and enterprise applications.

• Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP EHS enhancements and change requests.
• Design and configure end-to-end SAP EHS processes across the Health, Safety & Environment lifecycle.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA EHS functionality and related components.
• Support planning and scheduling processes using Prometheus Scheduler.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and business process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Support SAP EHS integrations with third-party applications.
• Develop user documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SAP best practices.

• Extensive experience as an SAP EHS Functional Consultant/Analyst.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Expertise in SAP EHS configuration, process design, and functional solution delivery.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in both On-Premise and RISE environments.
• Strong experience designing and implementing SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience with Prometheus Scheduler is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of integration across SAP modules including:
  • Finance (FI/CO)
  • Procurement (MM)
  • Inventory Management
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM)
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business analysis skills.
• Experience in Utilities, Energy, or other asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.

• SAP EHS Certification.
• Experience with SAP Mobile Start or other SAP mobility solutions.
• Experience with third-party integrations such as Claims Management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori application configuration and testing.

• Work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Collaborate with experienced SAP professionals in a dynamic Agile environment.
