• Compensation: This job is expected to be paid about $105,000-$125,000

What You ll Do:

• Lead strategic programs supporting the development and expansion of logistics technology platforms, including shipment visibility and transportation management solutions.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to establish priorities, evaluate opportunities, and determine the highest-value initiatives for platform development and business growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through technology development, re-platforming, customer migration, and new customer onboarding, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into actionable plans while providing informed recommendations and direction.
• Establish program governance, communicate progress and risks to leadership, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve program execution and business outcomes.

What Gets You the Job:

• 7-10 years of program management experience, including approximately 5 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with shipment visibility platforms, transportation management systems (TMS), or related logistics technology.
• Background leading new platform development, technology implementations, systems integrations, or customer migrations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize initiatives, make informed recommendations, and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with flexibility to work Eastern Time hours as needed and collaborate with offshore teams.
