Role – Program Director/ Strategic Program Executive/Senior Program Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Program Executive to lead and oversee enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives. The individual will work closely with senior executives and business leaders to align technology strategies with organizational goals, drive large-scale transformation programs, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong executive leadership, strategic planning, technology management, and enterprise transformation experience, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and executive oversight for a portfolio of enterprise business and technology initiatives.

• Partner with senior leadership to align technology investments, business priorities, and organizational objectives.

• Lead the planning, governance, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise programs.

• Drive collaboration across business, IT, operations, and external partners to achieve strategic outcomes.

• Establish program governance frameworks, KPIs, performance metrics, and risk management processes.

• Oversee budgets, resources, strategic investments, program dependencies, and value realization.

• Advise executive stakeholders on technology strategy, modernization opportunities, and transformation roadmaps.

• Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, business readiness, and successful adoption.

• Ensure technology and business transformation programs deliver expected results, operational improvements, and sustainable value.

Required / Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in strategic program leadership, enterprise technology management, business transformation, or management consulting.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs, significant budgets, and complex stakeholder environments.

• Strong experience in executive stakeholder management, strategic planning, governance, and cross-functional leadership.

• Exposure to enterprise modernization, cloud, data, digital transformation, and technology-enabled business initiatives.

• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Prosci, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or other operationally complex industries.

• Understanding of technology environments supporting critical business operations, large asset bases, and geographically distributed organizations.

• Experience driving enterprise modernization, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Ability to engage effectively with both business and operations leadership.

Enterprise Transformation Experience:

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation, technology modernization, and operating model changes.

• Ability to align diverse business, technology, and leadership teams during organizational change.

• Experience integrating business processes, teams, platforms, and governance structures across complex environments.

• Strong understanding of change management, organizational adoption, executive alignment, and business value realization.
