Job Description:
- 17+ years of overall IT experience ; 8+ years of Program/Delivery Management experience.
- Conduct executive reviews with Senior Leadership, steering committee meetings, and status governance forums.
- Act as the primary interface for executive stakeholders and customer leadership.
- Strong Domain experience in US Healthcare, Provider, Medicaid, MMIS, Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, or Healthcare Digital Transformation programs .
- Experience in managing large transformation / modernization programs in Digital Stream.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare programs with Global Delivery Model execution models.
- Ensure delivery quality, schedule adherence, scope management, Risk Management & People Management & Budgets.
- Must be familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Manage relationships with business sponsors, SMEs, technology teams & cross functional teams (Internal & External)
- Should be familiar with Digital Technologies (Preferably Java Spring Boot, Microservices, etc.)
