Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the Energy & Utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience managing complex programs and projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the energy landscape, regulatory frameworks, and utility operations. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive program success while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple programs within the Energy & Utilities domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Develop program strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Facilitate regular program reviews and status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in program management.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of the Energy & Utilities business, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, and operational challenges.
• Proven experience in program management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with renewable energy projects and sustainability initiatives.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional).
• Understanding of emerging technologies in the energy sector, such as smart grids and energy storage solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

15+ years of experience in program management, specifically within the Energy & Utilities sector.

Proven track record of successfully managing large scale programs and projects.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
