The Role

• Design, build, operate, and sustain complex cyber range environments for defensive and offensive cyber missions.
• Engineer virtualized and containerized environments that replicate enterprise, cloud, and mission-specific networks.
• Integrate tools, scripts, and platforms for red, blue, and white teams, and provide real-time technical support during exercises.
• Collaborate with exercise planners, scenario developers, and various teams to ensure realistic operational conditions.
• Document range architectures, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement of range capabilities, automation, and scalability.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in cyber operations, training environments, or enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience building, configuring, and maintaining Linux and Windows systems in a cyber range or lab environment.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, SIEMs, logging and monitoring solutions, and virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V).
• Experience supporting cyber exercises, including troubleshooting and environment restoration.
• Proficiency with scripting or automation tools like Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
