Tool & Die Engineer
Join a stable manufacturer that continues to invest in its people, products, and U.S. operations. This is an opportunity to work in a modern, climate-controlled facility where you'll design and improve tooling that directly impacts quality, efficiency, and production success.

What You'll Do
Design and develop press tooling, dies, fixtures, and manufacturing solutions
Improve manufacturing processes and tooling performance
Review engineering drawings and blueprints
Support spare parts planning and documentation
Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership and coaching to team members
Ensure product quality and compliance standards are met
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Tool & Die Engineering experience
Associate degree in Tool & Die Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred; AutoCAD, Mastercam, and KeyCreator a plus)
Strong blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Leadership experience preferred
