We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals in urgent need of legal help. This is a fast-paced, in-office sales role where quick decision-making and the ability to close same-day or with short-term follow-up are critical.

Gather essential case facts and communicate the importance of timely legal action
Follow up and retain clients quickly—many sales are same-day
Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-stakes sales
Familiarity with
Clio or
HubSpot is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
