Key Responsibilities
Manage medium to large-scale projects throughout the project lifecycle
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Prepare project status reports and track key performance metrics
Implement change management and process improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis
Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and project documentation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Master's degree in Project Management, MBA, MPH, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
