Project Manager - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role requires a PMP and Scrum Master certified Project Manager to create reports and dashboards from JIRA and Tableau. The ideal candidate will use analytical thinking to identify pain points across agile trains and must be an independent worker capable of managing complex projects with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Take data from Confluence and/or Tableau to create reports and dashboards showing pain points across two agile trains
• Hold resources accountable for their deliveries
• Manage complex projects simultaneously
• Complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• PMP certification
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence
• Experience building reports out of JIRA and on Tableau
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Must be an independent worker who can complete tasks with minimal oversight
• Must be outspoken and able to hold resources accountable

Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour
