RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Tampa, FL.
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead strategic Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and enterprise integration initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, operations, supply chain, ERP teams, and technology organizations to deliver scalable solutions that support configurable products, order management, and end-to-end business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization for CPQ and integration initiatives
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating needs into scalable solution designs
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Define and optimize business processes, user journeys, and integration requirements
- Partner with developers, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption throughout the project lifecycle
- Support continuous improvement efforts across product configuration, ordering, and integration capabilities
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience supporting technology initiatives in a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain-driven environment
- Experience participating in ERP implementations or enhancements related to manufacturing, supply chain, or order management
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise integration initiatives across multiple business systems
- Agile product delivery experience, including backlog management and user story development
- Strong understanding of configurable products, product lifecycle processes, or order-to-cash workflows
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPQ, product configuration, or quoting platforms
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Experience documenting end-to-end customer and user journeys
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, middleware, and interface design
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations, engineering-to-order, configure-to-order, or make-to-order business models

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
