Job Description
Title: Salesforce Technical Product Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Onsite role from Day 1
Full Time Only
- Must have worked in an environment using SAFe methodology (certified or pursuing SA, POPM, APM) as a Product Manager
- At least 5 years of industry experience as a Product Manager in a large (telecom preferred) organization
- Familiar with Authentication principles, MFA implementation, and compliance regulations (CPNI, SPI/PII, fraud mitigation)
- Partner with Business, Engineering, Compliance, RTEs/STEs, Product Owners from definition through PI planning through implementation
- Focus upon the Customer Experience
- CRM experience with Salesforce implementation
