Job Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Design and architect enterprise-grade Java applications and distributed systems.
• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities including chatbots, intelligent search, recommendation engines, and automation solutions.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to identify AI use cases and deliver scalable solutions.
• Define architecture standards, security best practices, observability, and performance optimization strategies.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.

• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Enterprise architecture and scalable distributed systems design
• GenAI/LLM platforms: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini
• AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex
• RAG, Vector Databases: Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Azure AI Search
• Prompt Engineering and AI Agent development
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices

Preferred Skills

 

• Retail or eCommerce domain experience
• AI-powered customer engagement, search, personalization, or merchandising solutions
• MLOps and AI governance knowledge
