AI Engineer

Introduction:

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building and enhancing enterprise AI capabilities, focusing on agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and API integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver reliable and secure solutions for enterprise AI services and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve enterprise AI capabilities, including RAG systems and API integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Utilize skills in Python, asynchronous API development, LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith agent orchestration, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG, embeddings, and secure enterprise integrations.
• Contribute to end-to-end feature delivery as part of a cross-functional team, including data integration and production deployment.
• Build secure, permission-aware enterprise integrations and utilize Git and CI/CD practices.
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate architecture and trade-offs to nontechnical stakeholders.
