Primary responsibilities: Lead a ten-person QA/testing team; coordinate testing activities with CT DOL; establish release testing schedules and assignments; monitor SIT, regression and ad hoc testing; manage defect escalation and testing risks; provide monthly status reports; coordinate release-readiness activities; and serve as the primary eSystems delivery contact.

Target experience: 8–12+ years in software QA/testing with several years leading enterprise teams. Government benefits, workforce, UI, Medicaid, eligibility, or similarly complex rules-based systems experience is highly desirable. Direct UI experience is preferred.
