About the Role
Our client, a leading innovator in the medical technology industry, is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative focused on Consent Management and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). This role will oversee the implementation of a centralized platform designed to manage patient consent, communication preferences, and identity management capabilities that support compliant, personalized engagement throughout the patient journey.
Working closely with implementation partners and cross-functional stakeholders, the Project Manager will assume leadership of an active program and drive delivery from planning through implementation and operational readiness.

Job Description
The Contract Project Manager will provide end-to-end leadership for a complex, enterprise-wide Consent Management and CIAM program. This individual will be responsible for coordinating business and technology teams, managing implementation partners, and ensuring project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities

Lead the overall delivery of the Consent Management and CIAM program from discovery and solution design through implementation.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and governance activities.
Coordinate activities across implementation partners, vendors, and internal project teams.
Drive alignment among stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Digital, IT, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and Product organizations.
Facilitate executive-level communication, status reporting, and decision-making processes.
Lead change management efforts and support adoption across a complex cross-functional environment.
Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness standards.
Partner with senior leadership to maintain focus on priorities, scope, and measurable business outcomes.
Monitor project performance and proactively address delivery challenges and risks.

Qualifications
Required

8+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Proven experience implementing or managing programs involving:
- Consent Management platforms
- Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)
- Identity Governance solutions
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- CRM or Marketing Technology ecosystems
Experience managing system integrators, consulting partners, and third-party vendors.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders and executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated success leading initiatives involving privacy, compliance, customer or patient data, and regulated business processes.
Excellent communication, organization, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a complex enterprise environment.

Preferred

Experience within Medical Device, MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
Background leading consent management, privacy compliance, patient engagement, customer identity, or master data management initiatives.
Familiarity with platforms such as:
- OneTrust
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Identity and Access Management solutions
- Similar consent, privacy, and identity technologies
PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications.
Experience partnering with large consulting or implementation organizations on enterprise transformation programs.
