Serving as the primary point of contact for BIM-related activities, this role involves working closely with project managers and design teams, establishing, and implementing model workflows, and creating parametric content. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional Revit experience, strong knowledge of design and drawing production, and proven skills in 3D coordination with the ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across projects
Establish, develop, and implement document control workflows
Create and maintain parametric content such as families, templates, and content libraries to enhance design efficiency and standardization
Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to staff in Revit and related software, advising project teams on BIM and best practices, troubleshooting issues, and creating documentation and user guides
Actively monitor and streamline Revit models to maintain model health, performance, and adherence to firm BIM standards and project requirements
Advocate for the broad ecosystem of AEC tools with direct support for ACC workflows
