ER Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join an established professional services firm on a 3-month contract, working on a hybrid basis in their offices in Farnham.

The role will provide support across a range of employee relations matters, working closely with managers and employees to ensure issues are handled fairly and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters.

• Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.

• Assist with investigations and case management.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Provide general HR advice and support as required.

About you

• You will be CIPD qualified.

• Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role, ideally working in a law firm, accountancy firm or professional services environment.

• Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR processes.

• Comfortable advising managers on a range of ER matters.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.

This would suit an experienced HR professional who can quickly get up to speed and provide practical ER support within a busy professional services environment.
