HR Advisor

Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a growing organisation in Gosport to recruit an HR Advisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR professional ready to take the next step in their career. Working alongside an experienced HR team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of people activities, develop your business partnering skills and have the opportunity to progress into a fully-fledged HR Business Partner position.

The role will offer a varied mix of operational HR, payroll coordination, systems management and ER with the chance to take ownership of projects and make a real contribution to the wider business.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating payroll information, including starters, leavers, overtime and absence.
• Maintaining employee records, analysing HR data and improving system accuracy.
• Managing the Indeed recruitment platform and supporting system integration.
• Advising on day-to-day ER matters, including return-to-work meetings and disciplinaries.
• Supporting TUPE, restructures and redundancy consultations.
• Working with managers to improve HR processes and people management practices.

What we're looking for:

• Generalist HR experience, ideally in an operational environment.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and ER.
• Payroll exposure and confidence using HR systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills.
• An approachable, resilient communicator who can manage competing priorities.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, or working towards it.

• Salary of up to £34,000, depending on experience.
• Full-time, permanent position.
