The Role • Source, develop leads, and prospect new clients through networking and strategic outreach. • Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention. • Build and maintain a profitable sales business through self-motivation and dedication. • Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients. What You'll Need • Proven sales experience is highly preferred. • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses (Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life). • Strong computer proficiency and excellent organizational skills. • High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred. • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance. • Successful completion of background, credit, and drug screenings.
