Strong hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Cloud, including Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Profiles/Skills/Qualifications and Talent Pools.

Design and configure Goals & Performance, Talent Reviews, Succession Plans, Talent Pools, candidate readiness, development goals and career development

processes aligned with business requirements.

Work closely with HR/Talent stakeholders to design end-to-end Performance, Goals, Talent Review, Succession and Career Development processes.

Ensure seamless process alignment and integration between Core HR and Talent Management, including worker, assignment, manager, and organization data.

Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation, including Individual and Workforce Compensation Plans, Plan Cycles, Eligibility, Budgets,
