Job Description

Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll Lead
Location: NYC, NY, USA -Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite at Client Office
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud, including Elements, Balances, Fast Formula, Retro Payroll, Costing, Payment Methods, Payroll Flows, Payroll Processing, Corrections, Adjustments, Payslips, Reporting, and Reconciliation.
Apply strong knowledge of payroll concepts, including earnings, deductions, pre-tax and post-tax deductions, retroactive processing, costing, and payments.
Conduct onsite client workshops, requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, and functional configuration.
Act as the primary liaison between client business and payroll stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including Requirements, Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
Understand Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations and coordinate end-to-end integration testing.
Support payroll reporting, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills

10+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Global Payroll.
Experience with payroll configuration, Fast Formula, Elements, Balances, Retro Payroll, and Payroll Costing.
Knowledge of payroll processing, payment methods, payroll flows, and reconciliation.
Experience leading implementation projects and managing the complete project lifecycle.
Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
